Welcome

Welcome to my website, I’m glad you dropped by. Your search has brought you here to me and I hope you can find the answers to some of the questions you have. Whether it is a crisis that has just happened, or you have had your shoulder to the wheel of a more long-term issue … you are in the right place … I know the courage it took to do the search … you may find that was the hardest step … but the next step is to make the call … reach out … give yourself the chance…

When we struggle with stress and anxiety be it from our workplace or from within our family over a long enough period of time this can often lead to depression, exhaustion, lethargy and loss of commitment and motivation. There is no magic pill … certainly your GP can prescribe stop gap anxiety and depression medications … but the long-term solutions require a little more of the courage it took for you to make it here … make the call … Over the years I have never encountered a client who committed to therapy that regretted it … in many ways it is the investment in your future we all wish we had made sooner. Do you recognise yourself here? You’re in the right place, I can help.

I will carefully listen to your unique story and together, as equals, chart realistic options for the future.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here”.

Testimonials

Mike was like an emotional lifeboat to me during one of the worst periods of my life. I can’t imagine what my life would be like now if it had not been for him. It’s quite possible even likely that I wouldn’t be here." S.

I found Mike to be very wise and professional not to mention extremely funny. I laughed and laughed through many of our sessions. There were certainly some tears but in the end all I wanted was peace and that I got." Ava

I think of Mike as the older (much older 😉) brother that my family couldn’t provide. A reliable “light house” when I was all at sea. Because of the time of year that I started going to Mike I always remember him when I smell cut grass!! Defenitely one of the good guys!" Mark G.
